Welcome to MonChauffeur. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Description
MonChauffeur provides private chauffeur and VTC (Voiture de Transport avec Chauffeur) services across France. Our platform connects passengers with licensed, professional drivers for premium transfers.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings can be made through our website. A pre-authorization on your payment card secures your reservation. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a charge equivalent to the pre-authorization amount.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are fixed and displayed at the time of booking. Prices include tolls, fuel, and all applicable fees. Payment is made directly to your driver after the ride. The pre-authorization is released after completion of the ride.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information and be ready at the designated pickup time. A waiting period of 15 minutes is included for airport and train station pickups. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
5. Driver Standards
All MonChauffeur drivers are licensed VTC professionals with verified credentials, valid insurance, and background checks. Drivers maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and vehicle cleanliness.
6. Liability
MonChauffeur acts as an intermediary platform connecting passengers with independent professional drivers. Each driver carries their own professional liability insurance as required by French law for VTC services.
7. Modifications
MonChauffeur reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
